Ow ow ow!!?

period pain!! i've tried everything! what should i do?
Answer:
Hot water bottle, hot choccy and bed!
cramps try midol it works
TALK TO YOUR DOC. THEY CAN PRESCRIBE NUMEROUS MEDICINES THAT WILL HELP TREAT YOUR PROBLEM! GOOD LUCK
I dont like Midol, it makes me shaky and tired, but apparently, its not like that for everyone. I take two motrins, to alleviate the pain. Also, Ive found excercising regularly will reduce, even eliminate the cramps when that time comes. It really works.
try cuprofen maximum strength, thats the best thing i've come across and i'm crippled by it every month! also those cushions that you heat up in the microwave are good and also (and i know this sounds awful) try going for a walk.
If you've tried everything then I would talk to your OBGYN, they can prescribe you medications to help!
some women do experiance great pain due to there periods..if it is that unbearable see you doctor or better yet a gynocologist..there could be a problem
Take some soluble co-codamol, then lie down on the sofa with your knees slightly bent, put a hot-water bottle on your abdomen, and watch TV or something to take your mind off it. This usually works for me, good luck!
Midol or pamprin. And try to rest as much as you can. Also try putting a hot water bottle on your back or stomach, depending on where its hurting. Also, you can try taking Gas X or something similar. Alot of times there is gas trapped, and it adds to the pressure you feel. If you cant get rid of the pain with the usual remedies, you need to see a doctor, especially if youre bleeding heavily. Periods shouldnt put you in that much pain.
Boiled water left to cool with lemon in and drink it, Cranberry juice,
A warm compress or hot water bottle placed on your belly or where it hurts, a warm perfumed Bath?

paracetamols

Oh yeah exercise really helps vigorous exercise just hav to go through the pain barrier to do it it helped me.

try get someone to massage u with some oils as well
If youre not someone for medecine and a bit of a natural girl, take some lavender oil and rub it on your lower tummy. Do a few toe touches or sit ups to get the muscles working down there, and eat something with strawberries in it.
midol. it can make you drowsy, but it helps. oh try using a hot towel or water bottle and put it on your stomach. it helps alot. and relaxes you too.
Aleve has always worked for me.
if you're in the uk i recommend solpadene max.. they work a treat!
I used to suffer really badly, tried all sorts of pain relief and none really worked other than Feminax. If you want a natural alternative try taking Magnesium Phosphate tissue salts, take 4 every half hour for acute pain they really work.
Nothing.
Cause if you have it whenever you have your period, that's normal.
Lay down in the most comfortable position and place a hot water bottle onto your tummy, or take a nice hot bath and a few paracetamol whilst reading a magazine, and it will be gone in no time as you will have forgotten all about it!

Good Luck hunnie xx
