hi, im 14 and flat so for my bathing suit i got one with a little padding so i wont necessarily look like that much of a freak. theres a problem though, when i go in the water and come up for air and stuff, the padding goes all weird and makes these dents. so i pretty much have to adjust it right after i come out of water. im going to a pool party tom. and this is gonna cause alot of trouble! please help. any tips? thanks :]

If you knows anybody who sows. get them to sew the lining in for you in will stay in place then. i had to do that.
i would try hand sowing the padding down so it can't pop out
i am in my forty's and still have this problem. try to buy a suit where it's not necessarily a padding but a lining or try to buy your top and bottom parts to your suit separately,it may be that your not developed enough to fill the top piece!
uh if it makes dents that means it wayyy too big, try a swimsuit that still has padding, but smaller padding and it its still messed up try putting safety pins on the inside of your swimsuit, attaching the padding to the swimsuit better
